Community Day Set Saturday, April 19

EUNICE –Community Day 2008 will be held 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 19, on the LSU at Eunice campus featuring games, contests, exhibits, a used book sale and many other activities.
Tim Spinosa, a Baton Rouge based magician, will perform a magic show at 12:00 p.m. and various contest will be held throughout the day.
The Zydeco Ballers will offer Zydeco Dance Lessons at 10:45 a.m. and 1:15 p.m.
The LSUE Library will hold a used book sale, including hard cover and paperback books as well as CDs. The Fine Arts Council of Eunice will offer art demonstrations in the library.
Arts and crafts and food items will be sold. Music will be provided by DJ and Company with Jeffery Naquin.
Campus departments and LSUE student organizations are also sponsoring educational exhibits and activities.
